The Hong Kong Archives Society plans to organise a series of seminars for its members and the general public who are interested in knowing more about different aspects of archival management and hear from experienced professionals in the field. Our goals are to promote:
Seminar Series #4 Objective: This workshop will discuss the different aspects of a digitisation project from a project planning perspective, so that participants will know what to consider when planning for digitisation.

Welcome all who are interested in knowing more about digitization of library and archival materials handling.
Presenter:
WONG Wan Yu, Special Collections and Archives Librarian, Hong Kong Baptist University Library Ms Wong is a librarian whose career has mostly been with the National Library of Australia (NLA), working in different teams over 24 years. The last position she held there was managing the NLA’s digitisation program which covers various materials including books, newspapers (on microfilm and in hardcopy), photographs, maps and personal papers.
